Are all your compounds third-party tested?
Yes — every compound we stock is independently tested by a certified third-party laboratory. A full Certificate of Analysis (COA) is included with every order detailing batch number, purity percentage, and lab methodology. We do not sell any compound that has not passed our ≥99% purity threshold.
What categories of compounds do you stock?

Are your products for human consumption?
No. All compounds sold by Peptide Peak are strictly for research purposes only. They are not approved for human or veterinary use. By purchasing, you confirm you are a qualified researcher using these compounds lawfully.
How do you ensure purity standards are maintained?
Every batch is tested before it enters our inventory. We work exclusively with certified laboratories and refuse any batch that falls below ≥99% purity. Our COA library is publicly accessible so researchers can verify any batch independently.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer. All card transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted payment gateways. We never store card details on our servers.
Is my personal data and payment secure?
Yes. All transactions use bank-grade SSL encryption. Your personal information is never sold or shared with third parties. Orders are dispatched in discreet, unmarked packaging with no reference to Peptide Peak on the outside.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, orders enter our fulfilment queue and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately at info@peptidepeak.online if you need to make a change.
Shipping & Delivery
How fast do you ship and is free shipping available?
Orders placed before 2PM are dispatched the same day. Free shipping is available on all orders $400 and over. All shipments use cold-chain packaging to preserve compound integrity and include full tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination. Please note that it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure research compounds are legal to import in their jurisdiction.
What is your delivery guarantee?
We offer a 100% delivery guarantee. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, we will reship at no cost or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
COA & Testing
What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?
A COA is a document from an accredited third-party laboratory confirming the identity, purity, and potency of a compound. It shows the batch number, test date, purity percentage, and methodology used. Every Peptide Peak order includes a COA.
How do I read my COA?
Your COA shows the compound name, batch number, test date, purity result, and testing method. A result of ≥99% confirms our quality standard is met. If you need help interpreting your COA, email us at info@peptidepeak.online.
Where can I access the COA library?
Our full COA library is available on the COA Library page of our website. Every batch we have ever sold is catalogued there. You can search by compound name or batch number to verify any order.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return a product?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened products. However, if you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
How long do refunds take?
Once a refund is approved, it is processed within 1–3 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically 3–5 business days.
