5 Ordering & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
• Free shipping applies to orders of $400 USD or more.

6 Shipping & Delivery

Peptide Peak offers same-day dispatch on orders placed before 2PM. All shipments include tracking and cold-chain packaging to maintain compound integrity.

• Delivery times vary by destination and are not guaranteed.
• International buyers are solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs requirements.
• We offer a 100% delivery guarantee. If an order does not arrive, we will reship or refund.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch.

7 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Exceptions are made only in cases of:

• Damaged or defective products reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Incorrect items received, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Orders that do not arrive within the expected delivery window.
